For the first time in forever, I will willingly and happily go out of the house in a sleeveless top. (It may sound small, but trust me, it's a big deal)
What makes the program work is that it's easy and a lot of it is common sense. But even so, we all need reminding. Reminding, that is, without nagging. What I love about Cathy is her enthusiasm. She's a great cheerleader without being a brow beater. If I'm reaching for that bag of chips, I can easily rationalize myself into thinking "what's the difference?" But now I hear Cathy's voice saying I deserve better. So I'll grab another glass of water, a piece of fruit and do sit ups instead. Cathy gives you a fresh perspective and over 20 years of health and fitness expertise. She's extremely accommodating and completely realistic. It's a very inclusive program and easily adaptable to whatever your lifestyle may be. Thanks Cathy!!

"It's been about 5 weeks and it has been quite a trip! I’ve tried all the diets, exercise, and various combinations of the two. I never was really able to find the right combination of diet and exercise that would enable me to reach (and keep ) my fitness goals. Starting your program I was super-motivated and rearing to go...needless to say, I was a little skeptical when I went through the first week of the program called: Creating a Vision...as it turned out, this was probably the most important part of the first five weeks. I have a constant reminder and solid motivation to continue on the path. It seems as though everything I now do after that first week, feeds into the vision and the vision becomes my helpful guide to stay on course. Week 2 was the cleanse week -- it was pretty tough, but once again, I learned the importance of proper nutrition and started to learn what role sugar plays in my body. Week 3 and Week 4 were important weeks to establish discipline and starting out by building up an active lifestyle. It's been about five weeks and my weight is at about 237 lbs -- I started out at 258.4... I'm about 21 pounds down from where I started and I has to say I feel great, feeling positive, living an active lifestyle every day, and eating constantly! I'm really feeling empowered and I think I've finally been able to solve the diet/exercise riddle (with Cathy's help). I still have 7 weeks to go until the end of the program, but I really look forward to what I'll learn and am excited to see how I respond to new challenges..." Rim

The Harmonic Health program has made me aware of every aspect of healthy living, from learning (and sticking to) new eating habits, to the importance of water intake, to exercise and beyond.
