Cathy Morenzie is the president of Active Image and the newly formed Harmonic Health and Wellness Program. She has been a leader in the fitness and health industry for 20 years. Her impact has influenced thousands of people over the years to help them lose weight and develop positive attitudes about their bodies and about fitness. Cathy works with her clients to make fitness an integral part of a healthy lifestyle by emphasizing balance, discipline and moderation. Cathy Morenzie taught her first fitness class at McMaster University over 20 years ago. That was the beginning of her love relationship with inspiring others to reach their goals. She is considered an expert in the areas of weight management and designing creative workouts. |

Kathleen has had a lifelong interest in nutrition and healing which has led her to fulfilling her dream of creating a wellness practice. After a 26 year career in the corporate world, she was compelled to follow her heart’s desire. Aligning her vision of holistic health, she gives consideration to the body, mind, and spirit of each person. Kathleen’s unique ability to connect and inspire each person to be their best is what brings her joy. Specializing in nutrition education, Kathleen views her mission as one of empowering individuals to make the choices that create an environment where sound health and wellbeing are a way of life. Kathleen’s many years of study and practice in the energetic and ancestral healing realm allow her to contribute to the health, vitality and spiritual wellbeing of individuals who are interested in pursuing their understanding of their total being. In creating programs for individual clients and groups, Kathleen’s intention is to connect, inspire, improve health at every level, and promote the natural experience of wellness and vitality. |

Kathy Butryn is a certified Life Purpose Coach. She is passionate about encouraging women to live their lives from the inside out, with simplicity, and on purpose. She is the author of the “TakeHeart…and live your life!” online devotional series. Kathy has been engaging audiences for the past 20 years. Kathy has a very warm and engaging style which you will all hear in a moment. |

Dr. Jared Brooks graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, located in Toronto, in 2003. Dr. Brooks always knew he wanted to work in healthcare and treat people, and his passion for Chiropractic began back in High School. Fully devoting himself to this goal, he proceeded to the University of Western Ontario where he obtained a degree in Honours Kinesiology, and subsequently graduated from CMCC with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Brooks has had the opportunity to work in various multidisciplinary clinics, gaining valuable experience treating chronic pain, athletic injuries, family care, motor vehicle accidents, and workplace injuries. He has studied various soft tissue techniques, and uses a combination of treatment protocols to give his patients a well rounded approach to improving their pain and wellness. A person’s body has the capacity to be in a state of well being; it is my job to remove any barriers that may be present. |

Rohan Francis is a certified personal trainer and owner of Quest Personal Training (Quest),one of the leading personal training organizations in the city. The mission of Quest is to improve the lives of Torontonians’ by helping them improve their health and fitness. In addition to one-one training, Rohan has delivered the message on how to get active and stay active, through regular appearances on AM 740 Sunday Showcase and fitness articles that he writes for various online publications.

As part of her personal development Brionnie is a member of Toastmasters where she holds an officer position. Her hobbies include reading, painting and outdoor activities. |

Sheila has been hooked on fitness since she taught her first "Slim 'n Trim" class at the YMCA in 1965. In addition to working full time, she continued to lead aerobics classes as well as studying karate, rhythmic gymnastics and dance. She also assisted in the training of fitness instructors and has presented sessions at fitness conferences. Sheila recently retired after 44 years in the corporate world, and is now looking forward to getting on with her real life ... motivating and creating excitement in others about physical fitness leading to total wellness! Her favorite quip is: "...if you don't take care of your body, where else are you going to live?" |
