| The Art of Discipline
Experts say that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. For this week's post, using the guidelines from this week's lesson plan, choose a habit that you are going to do for the next 21 days or 1 that you are going to avoid doing for the next 21 days. | |||

| So I have this horrible habit of always stepping on the scale and looking at the number...for my 21 day, I'm going to limit my own scale readings to 1 time per weeek. Then hopefully I'll break this habit. | |||

| This week I was lazy in terms of recording on-line in my journal. I did it separately on a word document.I kept to eating healthy and doing cardio. Strength traing and more rigorous exercise starts tomorrow. | |||

| i've been struggling with eating supportive food. i've been struggling with week 4, but i believe that this may be the week that i finally move on. one thing that i can do which will be a big help is to mark the foods i eat, in my journal, with an "s" or an "n" as suggested in the week 4 material. i'm pretty sure that a big mac gets an 'N'. | |||
