Drink Plenty of Water
Water is essential for absorption and utilization of nutrients, for transportation of chemical messengers (hormones) in the blood and for many metabolic processes. A minimum of 48 ounces is needed to replace water lost through urination, sweat and breathing.

Water also suppresses the appetite naturally and helps the body metabolize stored fat. Studies have shown that a decrease in water intake will cause fat deposits to increase, while an increase in water intake can actually reduce fat deposits.

With a bit of planning and preparation, healthy eating can have a significant effect on your energy level, your weight and your overall mood

•Fill up 2- 1 litre bottles every morning and sip on them all day long
•Have one cup of water as soon as you wake up
•Always have a water bottle with you wherever you go
•Always keep a bottle of water by your bed , your desk or anywhere else that you will easily reach for it
•Try adding lemon, lime or mint leaves to your water to add more flavor
•Try drinking cold herbal teas
•Try the 21- day rule for drinking more water. You may have more success if you know it’s only for a short period of time. By that time it should become a habit
•Try drinking 1 cup of water for every hour that you are awake.
•Invest in a good water purification system.
•Dilute your juices with water
•Whenever you’re craving a non-supportive food, drink a glass of water before
•Always drink a cup of water after using the washroom to replenish what you’ve lost
